（28日前夜祭、29日花火大会）
舞鶴地方の方言・舞鶴弁である「ちゃった」の名を冠したお祭り。
２日目は、前島埠頭やその対岸に出店が立ち並び、民謡流しやフリーマーケットなども開催。
海上には、電飾船が浮かび、5000発もの花火が打ち上げられる舞鶴市最大のお祭り。

This festival is called “Chatta” in the local Maizuru dialect of Japanese. On the second day the Maejima Warf and opposite shore are lined with shops, with events like folk songs and flea markets. The boats out at sea light up in the evening followed by over 5,000 fireworks.
