おたる潮まつりはおたるの夏を代表する祭りです。
メインイベントは市街地を踊りながら練り歩く「潮ねりこみ」
最終日には大花火大会も行われます。

Otaru Tide Festival is a representative of Otaru’s summer. The main event is “Shio Nerikomi (Tide　parade)” which people parade around the city area. Fireworks display is also held on the last day.
