毎年9月14日から16日にかけて開催される「いわみざわ秋まつり」。五穀豊穣を感謝する岩見沢神社の例祭です。岩見沢神社境内と隣の東山公園で開催され、周辺には道内各地から200軒以上の屋台・露店が集まります。神輿渡御や獅子舞、カラオケ大会なども行われ、夜が更けるまで多くの人で賑わいます。
