毎年2月に北海道小樽市で行われる雪とロウソクのお祭り。例年、およそ５０万人の人々が訪れる。
お祭りの実行委員と地元のボランィアによって運営され、歴史が残る町並みや運河に明かりが灯る様はとても幻想的。

A festival of snow and candles performed every year at Otaru-shi, Hokkaido in February. Half a million people visit the festival every year.
This festival is operated by the Committee and volunteers. A very magical feel from the historic city streets and rivers being lit up.
