徳川家康の外交顧問を務めたイギリス人ウィリアム・アダムス（三浦按針）が日本初の洋式
帆船を建築したことを記念したお祭り。８日は灯籠流し、９日は太鼓に合わせて花火が打ち上げられ、１０日がフィナーレ。1時間に約10000発の花火が海上5ヶ所から同時に打ち上がる伊豆一番の花火大会です。

A festival which commemorates the first building of a western sailing ship in Japan by William Adams, who acted as Tokugawa Ieyasu's diplomatic adviser. A lantern flowing event is held on the 8th, a Taiko drum Fireworks Show on the 9th, and the final event on the 10th. Approximately 10,000 fireworks are shot up from 5 locations on the ocean water during the 1 hour show, and it is the largest fireworks show in Izu area.
