真楽寺大沼池に伝わる甲賀三郎龍伝説を由来とする祭で、地元参加者によるステージ発表、屋台、龍神太鼓、舞踊流しなどが催されます。
祭のクライマックスには、全長45mの龍神「三郎」と、全長30mの「舞姫」が火を吹きながらうねる「龍神の舞」が披露されます。

The festivals origins are from the legendary story of the Koga Saburo Dragon associated with the Shirakuji Temple Onuma Pond. Events such as local participants presenting on stage, street stalls, Ryujin Taiko drums, and traditional dances.
At the climax of the festival, the Ryujin no Mai dance is performed where the 45 meter long Saburo and 30 meters long Maihime shoots out fire.
