葛巻八幡宮の例祭にあわせて威勢の良いかけ声で、茶屋場組、浦子内組、新町組、下町組の山車４台が町内を練り歩きます。神輿御渡の行列もあり、年ごとに趣向を凝らした山車は観客を楽しませてくれます。また、さんさ踊りや七ツ物などの郷土芸能も花を添え、初日の夜には葛巻音頭の流し踊りが行われます。

Four floats of the Chayaba, Urakouchi, Shinmachi, and Shimomachi groups parade through the town with vigorous shouts in time with the annual festival of Kuzumaki Hachiman Shrine. There is also a parade of portable shrines, and each year the floats are elaborately designed to entertain the audience. Local performing arts such as Sansa Odori (Sansa Dance) and Nanatsumonotsu (Seven Stripes) also add to the festivities, and on the evening of the first day, the Nagashi Odori (Nagashi Dance) of the Kuzumaki Ondo (dance performance) is held.
