福野夜高祭

宵祭りでは、夜高行燈の練り回しが行われ、夜高太鼓と若衆の勇ましい掛け声が響き渡ります。
最大の見どころは呼び物の引合い（ケンカ）。威勢のいい拍子木とともに、若衆が相手方の行燈を壊し合います。その激しい引合いは、見る者を釘付けにする迫力があります。そして、本祭りでは、４町の曳山が神明社に参詣し、神輿が町内を巡行します。
On the eve of a festival, Yodaka paper-framed lamp procession parades, and Yotaka Taiko drum and calls of courageous young men echo the town.
Hikiai, fight, is the highlight attraction. With high-spirited sound of clappers, young men break other group's paper-framed lamps. Furious Hikiai appeals to spectators strongly. At the main festival, floats from 4 towns visit Shinmei Shrine and Mikoshi parade through the town.
