五穀豊穣を祈って神輿をぶつけ合う「けんか祭り」。一の神輿と二の神輿の2基の神輿が、天津神社の境内を周りながら10回前後ぶつかりもみ合います。最後は、双方決められた位置から走り出し、勝敗を決します。神輿の後は、国の重要無形民俗文化財の一つに指定されている舞楽が奉納され、境内の雰囲気は動から静の世界へと一変します。
