下吉田の小室浅間神社で行われる秋祭りです。一番の見どころとして流鏑馬が披露されますが、一般的な騎馬で狩衣装を着け矢で的を射る流鏑馬とは異なり、このお祭りの流鏑馬は、馬が走った後、占人が馬の蹄（ひづめ）の跡を見て災厄を占う馬蹄占いを行うことが特徴です。
流鏑馬が行われるのは19日のみです

It is the fall festival held at Omuro Sengen Shrine in Shimoyoshida.
The highlight of the festival is Yabusame performance, but it is different from the regular Yabusame that a person in hunting clothes shooting arrows on horseback. The distinguishing feature of Yabusame in this festival is the horse's hoof divination, fortune-tellers forecast the disaster from traces of hoofs after the horses run.
