歴史上の偉人で遠矢の名手と伝わる浅利与一義成公にちなんだ夏のお祭り。
会場を盛り上げる各種ステージイベントや、定番の盆踊り、子どもに人気の「氷柱宝探し」などが催され、祭のフィナーレには迫力満点の花火が打ち上げられます。

A summer festival in commemoration of the great historical figure, Asari Yoichi Yoshitoo Kou.
Various stage events that liven up the venue, the standard Bon dance, the Ice Pillar Treasure Hunt which is popular among children, and the full impact fireworks show being the festival climax event.
