秋葉の火まつりは、第一に火災焼亡の危急を免れ、第二に洪水波没の難を免れ、第三に諸厄諸病の難を免れ給うと、多くの人々の願がこめられています。三人の神職によってそれぞれの弓の舞・剣の舞・火の舞の三舞が、各々秘伝をもって奏されます。

The Akiha Fire Festival consists of prayers from many of, first avoiding fire disasters, sec-ond avoiding water disasters, and third avoiding sickness. 3 mysterious ritual dances are performed by three priests, the Yuminomai, Kennomai, and Hinomai.
