ＧＷの風物詩として定着している佐久の一大イベント「佐久バルーンフェスティバル」は今年で２４回を数えます。熱気球ホンダグランプリの第２戦として競技が行われ、佐久の空を色とりどりの熱気球約４０機がうめつくします。
また期間中に行われる「バルーンイリュ－ジョン」ではバーナーに照らしだされた熱気球が音楽に合わせて点滅し、花火とコラボレーションする人気のイベントがあります。

The great event in Saku, "Saku Balloon Festival" is the 24th time around in this year and it has taken root as a traditional event during the Golden Week. As a second game of Hot-Air Balloon Honda Great Prize, about 40 colorful hot-air balloons compete and fill out the sky of Saku.
"Balloon Illusion” event during the festival is very popular, and illuminated air-balloons by burners flicker to the music and collaborate with fireworks.
