毎年お盆に開催されるお祭りで、夜の花火大会では東信地区で唯一、尺玉花火が打ち上げられます。昼には、SL体験搭乗、つかみどり大会、盆踊り・太鼓演奏などバラエティに富んだ催しものが行われ大人も子供も楽しめます。

A festival held annually during Obon, and is the only night time fireworks show in the Toshin Region that fires a Shaku sized firework. Various events are held for children and adults alike, such as experiencing boarding a Steam Locomotive, grabbing game event, Bon dance, Taiko drum performance, etc.
