大垣藩十万石の城主を祀る常葉神社の例祭を起源としたお祭りです。大垣市の企業、学校から多くの人たちがみこしの練り歩きや鼓笛隊などパレードを行います。また、鉄砲隊演武や抹茶や地酒を振るまうイベントも行われます。

The origins of the festival is the annual festival at Tokiwa Shrine which is where the Ogaki Clan Jyumangoku Castle Lord is Enshrined. Many people from Ogaki City companies and schools come to carry the Mikoshi, parade around with the drum and flute bands. And, Musket military exercises events are held, with green tea and local sake given out to participants.
