5月、名古屋の都心にある若宮八幡社の若宮まつり。
この神社の一番の宝物は、江戸時代の延宝4年、1676年に作られた山車の福禄寿車です。現在も祭の日に山車倉から引き出され、本殿の前で４体のからくり人形が奉納されます。

The Wakamiya festival is held in May at the Wakamiya Hachiman Shrine in the center of Nagoya.
The number one treasure of this Shrine is the float called Fukurokujusha, made back in 1676 during the Edo Period. Even today, on the festival day the float is brought out of stor-age, and 4 mechanical dolls are dedicated in front of the main shrine building.
