戦没者や水難者の霊を慰めるために始められたお盆の行事。
読経が流れる中、約2,000個の万灯が川面に浮かび、上空にはスターマインや仕掛花火などが輝き、ロマンチックで幻想的な光の世界が作り出されます。

An Obon festival that started as a solace to the fallen war victims and drowning victims.
As sutra chanting is performed, about 2,000 lanterns are floated on the river surface, and the night sky is lit with starmines and exhibition fireworks, creating a romantic and magical world of lights.
