毎年2月中旬から3月末にかけて茨城県つくば市の筑波山中腹の筑波山梅林で行われる祭り。例年、約20万人の人が訪れる。園内のいたるところには筑波石の巨岩が散在し，梅とのコントラストと筑波山を背景にした絶好の写真スポットとなっている。

A festival held annually in Tsukuba-shi, Ibaraki-ken from mid-February to the end of March at halfway up Mount Tsukuba, where the plum tree forests are. About 200,000 people visit it annually. Large boulders of Tsukuba stone can be seen throughout the park, which makes it a great picturesque spot with the contrast of the plum trees and Mount Tsukuba in the background.
