江戸時代享保年間に始まったとされる揖斐まつり。
5つの区が1輌ずつ所有する豪華絢爛なやま（県有形民俗文化財）が三輪神社に曳きそろえられ、地元小学生がやまを舞台に子ども歌舞伎を演じます。
最終日には白装束の男たちが3基の大神輿をかつぎ、続いてたくさんの神輿も出て町中を練り歩き、祭りは最高潮を迎えます。

It is told that Ibi Festival started in Kyoho years of Edo period.
5 wards keep their own one gorgeous Yama (Gifu Tangible Folk Cultural Assets) which are drawn and align to Miwa Shrine, and local elementary school children perform children Kabuki on the stage of Yama.
Men in white clothes carry 3 big Mikoshi followed by many Mikoshi to walk throughout the town and the festival reach the climax on the last day.
