長野県岡谷市で毎年開催されている市民祭。
太鼓の舞台として間口60mもある野外特設ステージが作られ、市の内外から数多くの和太鼓チームが参加し行われる「300人のそろい打ち」は圧巻です。

A citizens festival held annually in Okaya City, Nagano-ken
A special outdoor stage is set with a length of 60 meters for the Taiko performance, and many Japanese Taiko drum teams gather from outside of town. The 300 performers drumming together is the highlight of the festival.
