毎年、長野県中野市街地で行われる市民総参加の夏祭り。
中野市周辺で古くから伝わる「御天領締め」からヒントを得て生まれた「ションション」が祭の名前の由来となっており、ションションばやしに合わせて踊るイベントです。

A summer festival that citizens participate in, held annually at Nakano-shi, Nagano-ken.
The origin of Shonshon name came from the “Gotenryoushime”, which has been pass down from old times in the Nakano-shi region, an event where participants dance to the Shonshon dance rhythm.
