毎年9月の最終日曜日に催される吉尾地区の八幡神社の祭礼。勇壮な流鏑馬が奉納されることで知られ、疾走する馬上から的を目がけて矢を放ち、翌年の稲作の豊凶適種を占う。県の無形民俗文化財にも指定されている。社伝によれば、起源は、鎌倉時代中期までさかのぼるといわれる。

An annual festival held at the Yoshio region Hachiman Shrine on the last Sunday of September. Known for the brave Yabusame ritual that is dedicated, the archers on the horse hit the targets praying for good harvest the following year. It is registered as an Intangible Folk Cultural Property for the prefecture. According to the Shrine legend, it is said to have stared in the mid Kamakura period.
