出石町の伊福部神社境内で行われる火振り祭事。麦ワラを荒縄でたばね、それに火をつけて頭上でぐるぐるまわすことで、無病息災を祈念する奇祭。

This Fire Festival is held at the Ifukube Jinja Shrine in Izushi. Straw rope made from bundles of wheat are lit on fire and swung around in circles as a way to pray for good health and no disasters.
