豊作と子孫繁栄を祈る祭り。男綱・女綱の大綱をかつぎ、神社で合体し「綱の結婚式」を行う。女綱の方が先に素盞鳴神社に到着する。仲人役がまだ泥相撲をとっている男綱を呼び使いにいくが、７度半行き来あってやっと男綱は動き出し、厳かに入舟の儀式が始まる。国の重要無形民俗文化財に指定された。

The festival to pray for the good harvest and prosperity of descendants. Huge ropes of a male rope and a female rope are carried and united at the shrine to hold a "rope wedding". The female rope arrives at the Susanoo shrine first. A matchmaker goes to call the male rope when he is taking a mud sumo, the male rope starts moving at last after the 7 and half times of coming and going then the ceremony of an incoming ship solemnly starts. It is registered as a National Important Intangible Folk Cultural Asset.
